Sometimes you have a snack attack. It's better to give into it, rather then pass it up and go ape shit later. So...

I kinda mess with it differently every time so the flavor is never consistent. I don't count calories, I just include the Nutritional Content for reference. Carbohydrates are important, I personally wouldn't avoid something like fruit because of this number alone.

If you run thirty miles in a week

"If you run thirty miles a week and do five miles six days a week, your body will look like whatever you want it to look like." - Will Smith

I quoting him as a joke, But I agree. I run about 10 - 16 miles a week. After my run I do 100 Box Steps then 25 Box Jumps for 3 sets.

Welcome

This blog is about the food we eat, but more specifically, the food I eat. I'm going to talk about how the subtle changes in your daily intake can catch up to you or work for you. When I was growing up my weight always fluctuated. I've been as big as 250, and as low as 174. From my experience of growing and shrinking I've learned some things about food and exercise. Hopefully this will be my outlet from all of those experiences.
