Getting Back in the Swing
I hurt my ribs in jiu jitsu. And i'm trying to get back in the swing of things to start losing some weight again.

Gains
So It's been a while since my last post. I started gaining because i felt like I was getting too small. I also started doing jiu jitsu. I weigh 180 with a 86 cm waist.
